David Cournooh was born in Verona on July 28, 1990. His role on court is combo guard.

A product of Mens Sana Basket’s youth sector, he wins two youth titles with Mens Sana. The following season, 2009/2010, he gains important experience in the LegaDue wearing  Casale Monferrato’s jersey. That year, the team is led by Marco Crespi, and earns a promotion to the A Series (2.3 points in 7 minutes). Cournooh’s next season in spent is Ferrara, where he averages 9.2 points per game in 24’. He heads to Imola in 2011/2012 (8.1 points in 25′), goes to wear Biancoblu Bologna’s jersey with the season already underway (12.8 points in 29.9 minutes of court time).

October 8th Italian Supercup

He wore the Under 20 Nationals jerey and takes fourth place at the Europeans in 2009. He participated in the Mediterranean  Games in Mersia, Turkey with Luca Dalmonte’s Experimental Nationals.
