Erick O’Brien Green was born in Inglewood, California on May 9, 1991. His role on court is combo guard.

He develops his skills at Virginia Tech, closing out the 2012–13 season in the Division One NCAA tournament as the top scorer with an average of 25 points per game, for a total of 801 points. In Green was chosen number 46 by the Utah Jazz in the last drat and handed over to the Denver Nuggets, with whom he played Summer League in Las Vegas (6 games, 9.3 ppg, 2.2 rpg, 1.8 apg).
