Luca Robledo was born in Desio on January 27, 1982.
He begins coaching at age 18 at the LEONE XIII Club in Milan, then heads to the youth sector at at Olimpia in 2002/2003, as assitent to Andrea Trinchieri with the Juniores.
After two National Youth Finals, in 2005/2006, he becomesTarcisio Vaghi vice coach in LegaDue at Castelletto Ticino. He also covers the role of Scouting Manager. The same year, he also participates in the 11th Master of Sports Psychology, led by Sandro Gamba. He works as an assistant to Andrea Mazzon and Dragan Sakota at Fortitudo, after which he serves three years as scouting manager for Armani Jeans Milano and coaching int he C1 Series.  In 2011/2012 and 2012/2013 he works as the Youth Sector Director at Union Neuchatel and vice coach of the LNB first team.
